Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment approach with a focus on learning and practicing skills that help individuals decrease symptoms, maintain safety and improve quality of life. MHS also offers Adherent DBT programming that is nationally accredited with and certified by the Minnesota Mental Health Division. Adherent DBT is DHS certified and offered at our Edina and Woodbury locations.
In contrast to many other providers, we provide DBT services across levels of care, customizing therapy to each individual client. We also collaborate with clients and their existing health care providers to build treatment teams that work.
