Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is an evidence-based treatment approach with a focus on learning and practicing skills that help individuals decrease symptoms, maintain safety and improve quality of life. MHS is Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) certified and a nationally accredited provider of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
In contrast to many other providers, we provide DBT services across levels of care, customizing therapy to each individual client. We also collaborate with clients and their existing health care providers to build treatment teams that work.
