Introduction to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

-         Provide introductory information regarding intensive DBT skill training groups and individual therapy at Mental Health Systems.

-         Identify general components of DBT therapies.

-         Teach on effective ways to support someone joining, considering joining, or already in DBT programming.

-         Question and answer time also provided to identify how to effectively support someone participating in MHS’s DBT program.
