Orientation to DBT and Adolescent DBT Program

Learn the basics of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and what your teens do in group. Teaching will include an introduction to the 4 DBT skill modules, diary cards, group rules/expectations and group structure. Parents/Guardians will also have the opportunity to ask questions, get support, and problem solve barriers so that you can best support your teens.
