About

Treatment Options

Our mental and chemical health programs are designed to decrease symptoms, maintain safety and improve quality of life. MHS offers three levels of DBT treatment intensity that include intensive outpatient/day treatment, state-certified standard DBT, and a one day weekly option for clients without significant safety concerns.

Placement is based on assessed medical necessity that includes safety concerns, severity of symptoms, degree of functional impairment, and amount of existing structure and support. We also offer a DBT aftercare program for clients who graduate from a more intensive option.

Where ever you are in your journey, MHS can help. Our mental and chemical health program therapists collaborate with your other providers to create a coordinated treatment team for you. To schedule an intake appointment, call 952-835-2002.
