DBT: Treatment at every level

At MHS, we offer tailored DBT programming for our clients in Apple Valley, MN. This includes both our community-based Day Treatment/Intensive Outpatient DBT and State-certified Adherent DBT. Our Intensive Outpatient DBT provides three hours of daily programming ranging from one day weekly at the lower level of care to three days weekly at the higher level of care.

The program we’ll recommend for you is based on a variety of factors, including the severity of your symptoms and the functional impairment those symptoms cause.

Each level of therapy is offered via our experienced and passionate therapists at our Appley Valley center.
