Sam Anderson, MSW, LICSW

Sam has a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of St. Thomas and St. Catherine University. Sam has over six years of experience working with adults and adolescents with serious and persistent mental illness.  At MHS, Sam facilitates a state-certified Adherent DBT program, Adult Three-Day and One-Day DBT programs, provides individual therapy, and conducts supervision for licensed graduate social workers. Sam’s therapeutic approach incorporates DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and a strengths based perspective.  Sam’s favorite thing about working in mental health is seeing people make positive change and develop their personal strengths.
