Natalie earned her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and is clinically licensed through the state of Minnesota. In her career Natalie has provided in-home therapeutic skills training for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. She has also provided individual psychotherapy and therapeutic skills training for children, adolescents and their families. At MHS, in addition to providing individual therapy, Natalie facilitates virtual intensive outpatient programming for adults and early adolescents. Natalie takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach grounded in DBT and cognitive behavioral therapy. Natalie’s favorite aspect about working in mental health is to support and empower individuals through helping them see their incredible resilience and strength.
