Objectives
In this session, you will learn how to practice mindfulness in the home to increase your own effectiveness, awareness and support your teen with using these skills, too. This session will review the basics of Mindfulness skills taught in DBT and provide support with application of the skills.

Zoom meeting details are provided a few days after registration. Everyone who registers will receive a recorded version of this session along with PowerPoint slides. Recordings will be available to watch for one month.
