Roots at Mental Health Systems (MHS) is a specialized DBT group program for perinatal mental health in Minnesota. It offers structured, skills-based treatment for individuals experiencing emotional challenges during pregnancy or up to two years postpartum.

This program is led by clinicians who are highly trained in perinatal mental health.

We encourage you to keep working with your OB, individual therapist, or other providers while participating in our Roots program.

We aim to complement – not replace – the support you already have whenever possible.

We know insurance can be confusing. Because coverage varies by plan and service, our team can review your insurance information and walk you through your options at MHS.
