Boost may be a good fit if you’re searching for:

  • Skills to improve your overall mental health
  • Better management of burnout for nurses, therapists, physicians, social workers, or psychiatrists
  • Ways to improve stress management for healthcare workers in high-responsibility roles

What treatment looks like

Boost is a virtual DBT program that meets one evening a week to allow you to conveniently attend group outside of your working hours.

This program includes:

  • Skills teaching and application
  • Symptom identification and tracking
  • A coordinated team approach to care

Working with your current therapist

If you already have an individual therapist, you may be able to continue working with them while participating in our Boost program.

We aim to complement – not replace – the support you already have whenever possible.

Insurance

MHS is in network with most major insurance companies.

We know insurance can be confusing. Because coverage varies by plan and service, our team can review your insurance information and walk you through your options at MHS.

Have questions about your coverage? Reach out. We’ll figure it out together.
