We’ll work with you to find the right level of support based on where you are, and adjust as your needs change over time.
This program is also available virtually through our secure telehealth option, making it easier to access care from wherever you are.
If you already have an individual therapist, you may be able to continue working with them while participating in our 1-Day or 3-Day programs. You will need to work with your group leader in the State-Certified DBT program, per state requirements.
We aim to complement – not replace – the support you already have whenever possible.
