Flexible DBT programs to meet you where you are

Each program offers the same core DBT approach at a different level of need. Your clinician will help match you to the right fit during intake.

1-Day

This program is best for adults who need skills and support at a lower level of care.

3-Day

This program is ideal for adults who need more intensive skills-based support.

State-Certified

Our State-Certified Adherent DBT program follows the original researched model.

Are one of these programs right for you?

This program may be a good fit if you’ve been experiencing:

  • Emotions that feel intense, unpredictable, or hard to manage
  • Thoughts about harming yourself or ongoing urges to cope in ineffective ways
  • Feeling stuck in cycles of impulsive or reactive behaviors
  • Struggles in relationships, work, communication, or daily routines
  • Trying therapy before, but feeling like it wasn’t quite enough or not the right fit

What to expect

This program offers more support than traditional weekly therapy by combining:

  • Skills training and therapeutic application
  • Symptom identification / tracking
  • A coordinated team approach to your care

We’ll work with you to find the right level of support based on where you are, and adjust as your needs change over time.

This program is also available virtually through our secure telehealth option, making it easier to access care from wherever you are.

Working with your current therapist

If you already have an individual therapist, you may be able to continue working with them while participating in our 1-Day or 3-Day programs. You will need to work with your group leader in the State-Certified DBT program, per state requirements.

We aim to complement – not replace – the support you already have whenever possible.

In-person vs Virtu-clinic

There are many factors to consider when determining if in-person or virtual DBT programs are the best fit. Our statistics show the outcomes are similar for in-person versus virtual programs, so it’s a matter of meeting your needs and finding the option that allows you to attend group consistently.
