Working with your teen’s current therapist

If your adolescent already has an individual therapist, in most cases they can continue working with them while in our program.

We aim to complement – not replace – the support your teen already has whenever possible.

MHS is in network with most major insurance companies.

We know insurance can be confusing. Because coverage can vary by plan and service, our team will explain your benefits and options at MHS.

In-person vs Virtu-Clinic

Is in-person or virtual DBT best for your teen? Our statistics show the outcomes are similar for in-person versus online DBT, so it’s a matter of meeting your needs and finding the option that allows your teen to attend group consistently.
