Join a team focused on meaningful mental health care

At MHS, we believe great care starts with great people.

For more than two decades, MHS has provided specialized DBT programs for adolescents and adults throughout Minnesota. As an independently owned organization, we are able to stay focused on what matters most: supporting clients, investing in our clinicians, and building programs rooted in quality care and collaboration.

We are always looking for compassionate, motivated professionals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while growing within a supportive clinical environment.

Why work at MHS?

Working in mental health can be challenging, meaningful, and deeply rewarding.

Our team-based culture emphasizes collaboration, consultation, and ongoing learning. Clinicians work alongside experienced DBT professionals while contributing to structured, skills-focused care that helps clients make meaningful progress.

Because we are independently owned, we are able to remain relationship-focused, and intentional in the way we support both clients and employees.

At MHS, we strive to create a workplace where clinicians and staff feel:

  • Supported
  • Valued
  • Connected
  • Professionally challenged
  • Encouraged to grow
  • Get a sense of work/life balance

A collaborative clinical environment

At MHS, a supportive and collaborative atmosphere is key.

Our programs are built around strong clinical collaboration and team consultation. Staff members have opportunities to learn from colleagues with diverse experience and backgrounds in DBT, trauma treatment, crisis intervention, and group therapy.

Whether you are newer to DBT or already experienced in the model, MHS provides an environment focused on continued growth and support.

  • Build practical coping skills
  • Improve emotional regulation
  • Strengthen relationships
  • Reduce harmful behaviors
  • Create greater stability in everyday life

The work we do matters, and so do the people who make it possible.
