NEW Programs!
MHS is excited to announce the addition of three new programs to our services. These programs have been borne out of great need our practitioners have seen in our community, and developed out of years of experience.
Thrive – DBT for Chronic Pain
The Thrive: DBT for Chronic Pain Program at MHS is an innovative, skills-based treatment designed for individuals navigating the challenges of chronic pain alongside emotional distress. Grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), this program addresses the complex interplay between physical discomfort and mental health symptoms like anxiety, depression, and trauma.
Pride: DBT for LGBTQIA+ Adults
Pride: DBT for LGBTQIA+ is a 6- to 12-month virtual Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program designed for LGBTQIA+ adults navigating everyday stressors, identity-based challenges, and the emotional toll of living in an often-hostile political climate. The program is not exclusive to gender, identity, and sexuality stressors but is composed of only individuals identifying as part of the community.
DBT U: DBT for College Students
DBT U is a 12-week online Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program specifically designed for college students and college-bound graduates who need brief yet intensive support to manage their mental health.
DBT U provides practical skills training and application to stabilize functioning, support academic success, and build long-term resilience.
