While MHS is a provider of mental health services, the session in which I am enrolling is educational in nature, and it is not a therapeutic service. All participation in the informational session is voluntary, and no participant will be required to share any specific information. I acknowledge that the clinicians facilitating the informational sessions are mandated reporters, and are therefore required by law to report any known or suspected abuse of children or vulnerable adults, including and not limited to information they receive in the informational session I am attending.
