Natalie earned her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota. In her career Natalie has provided in-home therapeutic skills training for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. She has also provided individual psychotherapy and therapeutic skills training for children, adolescents, and their families. At MHS, Natalie facilitates Three-Day Adult DBT program, Early Adolescent DBT program, and provides individual therapy. Natalie takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach grounded in DBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Natalie’s favorite aspect about working in mental health is to support and empower individuals through helping them see their incredible resilience and strength.
