Melissa Stricklin, MA, LPCC (She/Her/They/Them)


Melissa facilitates Three-Day and One-Day Adult DBT programs and provides solutions-focused individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Melissa has worked with a variety of clients including those with chronic illness, physical disabilities, people struggling with codependency, and those from the LGBTQ+ community. She values being supportive of clients from diverse backgrounds, connecting clients to resources, practices from a sex-positive perspective, and believes in health at every size. Melissa’s practice is informed by the principles and skills taught in DBT, Feminist Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.  Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Oral Roberts University.
