Lindsay is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who received her Master of Clinical Social Work degree from the University of St. Thomas and College of St. Catherine. At MHS, she has facilitated intensive DBT programming for adults and adolescents as well as facilitates the Thrive for chronic pain group in Roseville. She also provides individual therapy for adolescents and adults and completes intake assessments. Lindsay’s clinical experience includes work with variety of diagnoses including mood disorders, eating disorders, and personality. Lindsay approaches therapy from a systems theory and person-centered perspective. Her approach is strongly based in the teachings of DBT and incorporates aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Lindsay’s favorite thing about working at MHS is seeing client’s become their own agents of change, reducing their barriers, and improving their quality of life.
