Lauren Thorson, MA, LPCC

Lauren has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas and is currently working toward obtaining post-graduate licensure. At MHS, Lauren facilitates Adult Three-Day DBT program, Adolescent DBT program, and provides individual therapy. Lauren’s therapeutic approach incorporates DBT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Lauren’s favorite thing about working in mental health is seeing people give themselves credit for the work and effort they put in to their treatment and when they recognize the changes they have made towards their goals.
