Laura is a Licensed Psychologist with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has experience providing group and individual therapy services to adults in an intensive outpatient setting, with specific focus on adults with both mental health issues and intellectual disabilities. Laura serves as the Clinic Lead for the Woodbury location of MHS. She facilitates a DBT Aftercare program, as well as providing individual therapy and clinical supervision. Her approach to therapy incorporates humanistic and Cognitive-Behavioral theories. Laura’s favorite thing about the mental health field is working with people who are challenging themselves to achieve personally meaningful goals.
