Justin’s clinical experience includes work in a variety of different settings (inpatient, residential, outpatient, in-home) with clients struggling with a variety of different diagnoses including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. Justin approaches therapy from a systems theory, strengths-based, and person-centered perspective. His therapeutic approach primarily draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and incorporates other modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Justin’s favorite thing about working at MHS is seeing his clients recognize their own progress and effective changes they’ve made for themselves.
