Jenny is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with an MA in Clinical Psychology. She has experience providing group and individual therapy services to adults in an intensive outpatient setting, with specific focus on adults with both mental health issues and intellectual disabilities. Jenny currently facilitates Horizons DBT program for individuals with developmental disabilities, provides individual therapy, conducts diagnostic assessments, offers clinical supervision. Her approach to therapy incorporates Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment, and Psychodynamic theories. Jenny’s favorite thing about the mental health field is working with people to help them learn effective tools to help them make positive changes in their lives.
