Erin has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas, and holds a license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). At MHS, Erin facilitates Adult One-Day and Adult Three-Day DBT programs, co-facilitates Adherent DBT program, and provides individual therapy. Erin’s clinical experience and training includes DBT, crisis counseling and suicide first aid, as well as extensive training and practice using mindfulness and meditation. Erin’s therapeutic approach blends humanistic and cognitive behavioral methods. Erin’s favorite thing about working in mental health is helping people listen to their own Wise Mind and gain confidence in themselves.
