Amanda Wroge, MSW, LGSW (she/her)

Amanda is a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) who received her Master of Social Work degree from St. Catherine University. At MHS, she provides group and individual therapy services for adults and adolescents, and is the Program Coordinator for the Vision of Wellness Program.  In addition to clinical work, Amanda has experience in community mental health support and advocacy.

Amanda approaches therapy from a person-centered perspective, utilizing systems theory to allow for better understanding of the multiple variables that can influence a person’s mental health. She calls herself a “DBT Nerd”, and loves embracing an empowering and strengths based approach to her therapy. Amanda’s favorite part of her job is being a witness to client’s becoming their own agents of change, as they find empowerment and improve their quality of life.
